HOW TO USE

Mix one scoop of powder with water up to twice daily. LiveGood recommends taking a serving approximately 30 minutes before a workout, with another serving during the day if desired.

For consistent nutritional support, LiveGood recommends using Essential Aminos every day. It can also be used in place of a fizzy or sugary drink.
