HOW TO USE

Use one dissolving strip every other day. Wet your mouth first, open the individual foil packet, place the film on your tongue and allow it to dissolve completely.

LiveGood recommends morning use and suggests getting at least five minutes of natural sunlight within 30 minutes of taking the strip.

GOOD TO KNOW

Methylene blue has some particularly important cautions. LiveGood states that this product should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding or by anyone with G6PD deficiency. It also advises consulting a doctor before use if taking MAOI or SSRI medication.

The bright blue colour can temporarily turn the mouth and tongue blue. LiveGood also states that blue or green urine for up to two days can occur and is expected.
