Five complementary products for training, protein intake and muscle support
LiveGood’s Maximum Build Muscle Pack combines five established products for people focused on resistance training, exercise performance and maintaining or building muscle. Rather than being a single muscle-building formula, the pack brings together protein, creatine, essential amino acids and other performance-focused nutrition.
It is designed to complement consistent training and an appropriate diet, both of which remain fundamental to developing strength and muscle.
WHAT'S INSIDE?
The pack includes Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate, providing a complete source of protein with all nine essential amino acids, alongside Creatine + HMB, which provides 5 grams of creatine monohydrate and 1.5 grams of HMB per serving.
Essential Aminos adds all nine essential amino acids plus electrolytes. E3 - Energy, Endurance, Electrolytes combines amino acids and electrolytes with beta-alanine, betaine and other performance-focused ingredients. Factor4 provides fish oil containing EPA and DHA alongside turmeric, CoQ10 and garlic.

Essential Aminos and E3 can be fitted around exercise according to their individual directions. Factor4 is taken with food. There is no need to consume all five products together.
GOOD TO KNOW
Muscle growth depends on progressive resistance training alongside sufficient energy and protein intake. Supplements can complement these foundations but cannot replace them or guarantee increases in muscle or strength.
This pack contains milk-derived whey protein and fish oil, so it is not suitable for vegan diets. If you take medication, have an existing health condition, or are pregnant or nursing, check the individual products and seek healthcare advice where appropriate.
