Five complementary products for a straightforward daily wellness routine
LiveGood’s Foundational Five Pack brings together five of its core nutritional products in one bundle. It is designed for people who want broad everyday nutritional support without building a larger supplement routine from individual products.
The pack combines a multivitamin with vitamin D3 and K2, magnesium, a plant-based greens powder and an omega-3 formula. Each remains a separate product with its own ingredients and directions for use.
WHAT'S INSIDE?
The pack includes a choice of Bio-Active Complete Multi-Vitamin for Men or Women, providing 24 essential vitamins and minerals, alongside Organic D3-K2 2000 and Ultra Magnesium Complex.
Organic Super Greens adds a concentrated blend of green plant ingredients including spirulina, chlorella, moringa and kelp. Factor4 combines fish oil providing EPA and DHA with turmeric, CoQ10 and garlic, adding omega-3 fatty acids and complementary nutritional ingredients to the routine.

HOW TO USE
Follow the directions supplied with each individual product. The multivitamin and D3-K2 are taken with food, while Ultra Magnesium Complex can be taken with or without food and may be divided across the day.
Mix Super Greens with water or a smoothie according to its directions. Factor4 is taken with food. The five products do not need to be consumed at the same time.
GOOD TO KNOW
The Foundational Five Pack is a bundle of existing products rather than a separate formulation. If you already use other supplements, check their ingredients to avoid unnecessarily duplicating vitamins, minerals or other active ingredients.
Factor4 contains fish oil, so the complete pack is not suitable for vegan diets. If you take medication, have an existing health condition, are pregnant or nursing, check with a healthcare professional if you are unsure whether the combination is appropriate for you.
