Organic Fiber
Ten plant-based sources of fibre in one convenient daily scoop
LiveGood’s Organic Fiber is a powdered daily supplement providing 8 grams of fibre per serving from a blend of ten plant-based ingredients. It is designed to provide a convenient way to increase fibre intake alongside the fibre naturally obtained from fruit, vegetables, wholegrains and other foods.
Fibre plays an important role in normal digestive health and regularity. The formula also contains prebiotic fibre, which provides nourishment for beneficial bacteria within the gut.
WHAT'S INSIDE?
The blend contains agave inulin, psyllium husk, pea fibre, baobab fruit and chia seed, providing several complementary sources of dietary and prebiotic fibre.
LiveGood also includes apple cider vinegar, Ceylon cinnamon, lemon fruit, ginger root and turmeric root. Together, the ten ingredients create a broader plant-based formula rather than relying on a single source such as psyllium or inulin alone.

HOW TO USE
Add one scoop to 6 to 8 oz, approximately 180 to 240 ml, of water, juice or a smoothie and mix thoroughly.
LiveGood recommends taking it between meals or around 30 to 60 minutes before eating. It can also be taken first thing in the morning. Always take the fibre with a full glass of water and maintain adequate fluid intake.
GOOD TO KNOW
If your usual diet is relatively low in fibre, increasing your intake gradually can help your digestive system adjust. Drinking enough fluid is particularly important when using fibre supplements because ingredients such as psyllium absorb water and expand.
Organic Fiber should complement rather than replace fibre-rich whole foods and a varied, balanced diet. If you take medication or have an existing digestive or health condition, check with a healthcare professional if you are unsure whether additional fibre is appropriate for you.
